Windsor has grown fast, and most of that growth sits on graded fill. That is the defining fact about concrete here.
When ground is cut and filled to make a buildable lot, the fill keeps compacting for years afterwards. Building codes cover the foundation, which is engineered for it. Flatwork like driveways, walks and patios is poured on that same fill without the same support, so it goes down as the fill settles.

Part of that visit is working out why it moved. Downspouts, irrigation, grade and drainage all get checked, because if the cause is still active a lift will not hold and you deserve to know that before you spend anything.
