This policy explains what information CrackerJack Mudjacking Inc. collects when you use this website or contact us about concrete work, how we use it, and what choices you have. We are based in Loveland, Colorado and serve Larimer and Weld County.

The short version: we collect what we need to quote your project and run the website, we do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Information you give us

When you submit an estimate request through this website, we ask for:

• Your first and last name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The city where the property is located
• The type of concrete you need looked at
• Any project details you choose to write
• Your preferred method of contact
• Photographs of the concrete, if you choose to upload them

You do not have to fill in every field. Name, phone, email, city and concrete type are required so we can respond usefully. Everything else is optional, though project details and photos let us give you a far better answer before anyone drives out.

Photographs you upload

Photos submitted through the estimate form are stored with your enquiry and are restricted to administrator access. We use them to assess your concrete and prepare an estimate. We do not publish customer submitted photos on this website or use them in marketing without asking you first.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site records some technical information when you visit:

• Standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, the pages you viewed and the time of the visit
• Analytics data collected through Google Site Kit, which connects this site to Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Cookies set by WordPress and by the analytics tools described below

Call tracking

The phone number shown across this website is a CallRail tracking number. When you call it, CallRail records information about the call such as the number you called from, the time and duration of the call, and which page or source led you to it. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. This helps us understand which parts of our marketing actually bring in work. Your call still reaches us directly.

Cookies and analytics

Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept for a limited period and then removed. Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention settings.

Security

This website is served over an encrypted connection and form submissions are stored in a database that requires authenticated administrator access. Uploaded photos are access restricted. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Your choices

• You can ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• You can ask us to delete your enquiry, unless we need to keep it for legal or contractual reasons.
