5″ lift

Slab raised back to the siding

A slab along the back of the house had settled roughly five inches away from the wall. The gap was wide enough to lose a tape measure in and was funneling water straight under the structure. We filled the void and brought the concrete back up tight to the siding.

Void fill

Paver walkway restabilized

Runoff had washed the base out from under a paver walkway, dropping it away from the concrete step and leaving an open void along the edge. We filled the space beneath the walk and the pavers were reset tight to the step.

Patio

Patio pulled back to the foundation

This patio had settled away from the house, opening a gap at the wall and tipping the surface back toward the foundation instead of draining away from it. Raised, re-sloped and back in use the same day.

Steps

Front steps and landing evened out

The step slab had dropped away from the walkway, leaving an uneven rise at the bottom step and a gap underneath. Both were brought back level so the stair rise is consistent again.
